Information submitted
The candidate application may collect your name, email address, phone number, city and state, communication preference, preferred language, work interests, availability, experience, links you provide, and an optional resume. The employer staffing request may collect company and contact information, preferred language, hiring needs, timing, and request details.
Technical information
The included website server records a shortened cryptographic hash of the submitting connection’s IP address and the browser’s user-agent string. This information is intended to support basic security, spam prevention, and troubleshooting.
How information may be used
Submitted information is intended to be used to review potential employment opportunities, respond to staffing inquiries, communicate about next steps, make candidate-to-role assessments, and maintain related business records.
Storage in this website package
By default, the included Node.js server stores form records in files inside a private data directory and stores uploaded resumes in a private uploads directory. Those files are not served as normal public website assets. The website operator is responsible for access controls, backups, retention, deletion, and secure hosting.
Email notifications and automation
The server may send submission notifications and confirmation messages through the company’s email provider. It can also be configured to send submission details to a private webhook or automation endpoint. The company should review the receiving services, access controls, retention rules, and privacy terms before public launch.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, identity documents, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through these general forms.
No guarantee of employment
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship and is not an offer or guarantee of employment, assignment, interview, or placement.
Security and retention
Before launch, the website should be hosted over HTTPS, protected with strong administrative credentials, backed by private persistent storage, and governed by documented retention and deletion procedures. Applicant information should be available only to authorized personnel.
